Dr. Nick Kirkpatrick,
DMD

DENTIST

Dr. Nick Kirkpatrick is a native of Florence, Alabama. He received his Degree in Medical Dentistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2007. Following graduation, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Naval Base San Diego. He then proudly served as a naval dental officer aboard the USS Frank Cable (AS40) in Guam. Dr. Kirkpatrick is committed to continually advancing his skills in preventative, restorative, and implant dentistry and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in these subjects.

Dr. Kirkpatrick lives on Signal Mountain with his wife, Ta, and his children, Elise, Daniel, Olivia, and Leena. They have a passion for traveling, great food, and the outdoors.”

DR. MIKE REARDON,
DMD

DENTIST

Dr. Reardon is an Alabama native. He grew up in Montgomery, graduated from Auburn University and attended UAB for dental school. Upon graduation, Dr. Reardon moved to the Chattanooga area and has been practicing here ever since. He is very passionate about dentistry and has continued to advance his knowledge over the years through continuing education. He travels to Scottsdale, AZ often to learn from some of the top minds in dentistry at Spear Education and is going on his 5th year as the leader of a local dental study club.

Dr. Reardon has two children, Camp (10 years old) and Emily (8 years old) that keep him busy and active. They spend much of their free time outdoors where they enjoy mountain biking, backpacking, fly fishing and rock climbing and they always have an exciting adventure planned!!

Dental needs rarely arise at the most opportune time. We know that not every patient will have the means to pay out of pocket for their treatment. This is why we have partnered with Care Credit. Care Credit plans offer as low as 0% financing, and even plans for those with less than perfect credit. Don’t let the cost keep you away. Dental care in our office is more affordable than you think! DENTAL INSURANCE

Sunrise Dental prides itself on maximizing our patients’ insurance benefits. We accept nearly every insurance provider and will do everything we can to ensure you pay as little out-of-pocket as possible! As always, insured patients will never pay anything out-of-pocket for their cleanings, x-rays and exams.

Patient Forms

If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. No Insurance? No Problem!

With our in-house Dental Coverage, we have removed the financial stresses of visiting the dentist. For less than 50 cents per day ($299yr) you will no longer have to pay each time you go in for your routine cleaning & exam. In addition, if you are in need of any additional dental care, virtually every service we provide will receive a 20% discount. Payment OPTIONS

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
